  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging.

  Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the specific warehouse address for the shipment.

  Secure Repackaging

  Ensure all components, hardware, and instruction manuals are securely packed back into the original flat-pack boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
